Maybe “horrible” wasn’t the right adjective, I was thinking more of things that AI is completely unsuitable for. I don’t know whether that’s true for the things Palantir does. I am absolutely certain it is for customer support!

That’s probably true. Maybe “horrible” wasn’t the right adjective, I was thinking more of things that AI is completely unsuitable for. I don’t know whether that’s true for the things Palantir does. I am absolutely certain it is for customer support!
