I’m autistic and way too much into anal, it feels stimmy (in a sexy way), although I’m not into the tight high socks. Body hair only works somewhat as a swamp cooler, which is dependent on sweat and external wetness with the former barely working, so even if I’m a cis men, I would rather not have this much hair on me (sensory nightmare, clothes pull it out from my skin, etc.).
