The problem with all this cool hardware is they all have locked down boot loaders and u can’t put a truly foss os on em
also completely disposable, as i doubt its repairable or upgradable.
And their os support is trash

That’s what one would assume. But it would be legendary if they where brave enough to put steam os on it. It is the year of the Linux handheld.
Official Steam OS on ARM is not going to be a thing in many years. It’s not a matter of being brave, it’s just not even rumoured at this point.

Developers have been using Linux for a while. There are tools for CAD and video production too.
