      Estuve hablando con @PICANTEXMR sobre esto. Pero aquí el planteo no se trata de que puedan comprar en Bisq o local monero. es que no conocen Monero, no obstante se desconoce si hay movimientos en usdt o bitcoin. Y du investigación también trata de ello. Pero el 95% de las transacciones en ese mercado son en cash, aun teniendo la posibilidad de usar billeteras digitales, (que las usan en lo cotidiano) eligen usar efectivo en esa extensa feria. ¿El motivo? No lo sé. Pero si son los comerciantes los que exigen efectivo. Entonces, por que no buscar a los comerciantes más jóvenes de allí, que vendan hardware en la feria, enseñarles el standar monero y hacer una prueba ?

          Tengo subidos los videos de los comerciantes que aquí en mi ciudad ofrecen xmr como medio de pago desde el twitter de @LIBERTAD_CAL , ya que también han aprendido a usar xmr para poder enviar a sus casas de apuestas y apostar. Solían intercambiarse via whatsapp entre apostadores cual ficha de tragamonedas.
