I actually think you have the best take here. One thing about being stupidly wealthy for life is that you never have to grow as a person. He’s stuck as a teenager even though he’s 50 or whatever his age is.
and nobody calls him out on it, or if they do he’s so far up his own ass at this point he just thinks they’re haters. Taylor probably is one of the few who could actually call him out, but that would mean acknowledging him at all - which she is well above.
