The other day a conservative on Lemmy (!) called me a wokeboi blueanon, so I am qualified to help with the definition:

Awareness of structural and systematic inequality and oppression and the need for radical (systematic) reforms for same.

So going by context, and correct me if I’m wrong here, but doesn’t the existence of “blueanon” imply that conservatives who use the word recognize that Q is bullshit?

I think it more so derives from the same place Q derives from rather than deriving from Q himself.

Chanboard users refer to each other as anons. I am still somewhat confused, as the conservative would presumably refer to op disparagingly as a “blue[British word for ciggie]” as opposed to “blueanon”, seeing as how “anon” has connotations of comradery. This is further compounded by the fact that we have usernames. We’re not anonymous. We’re pseudononymous.

If I had to guess, this is due to moderation preventing the use of slurs in regular speech in most regions of Lemmy.

Woke is the new words conservatives have to learn because they’ve used the old ones as bully words for so long they’ve taken new and derogatory meanings.

Not that they’ll read that but here’s part of the test answer for those who can.

Conservative and certain Blue MAGA Liberals can’t seem to understand the definition of Tankie(s). They like to think it means any communist. They are a special of dumb dumbs.

It’s kinda funny to think that the “woke mind virus” is actually real, just the exact opposite of what conservatives think it is. Something that they are spewing around, and its effects are lack of critical thought x)

In fash doublespeak woke just means not “white”. That’s why they can’t/won’t explain. It’s no mystery.

they know what it means (or rather what it means when they proudly claim to be “anti-woke”) they just won’t explain it because then it will be obvious that they don’t actually care about equality or “fairness” and just want to go back to the social order of the 1700s

During the testimony, Warren’s attorney, Jean-Jacques Cabou asked those within DeSantis’ administration what “woke” meant to them.

The governor’s general counsel, Ryan Newman, said, in general, it means “the belief there are systemic injustices in American society and the need to address them.”

They know what Woke means, and it’s just as fucking backwards and asinine as you’d expect. Imagine trying to criminalize people fighting for equality. It’s the only word I’m aware of that is simultaneously classist, racist, misogynistic, and anti-lgbtq thanks to how the right have chosen to use it.

I don’t know why it’s so hard. I means “Things I don’t like, especially when it pertains to anything that could be called liberal.”
