It should be illegal for vehicles so noisy that I can hear from kilometers away to drive inside cities and close to people.

Hmmm I see this on my free account and my api hits for sure were reset after 24 hours. Although I never downloaded something from them, so I am not sure about downloads.

I think they are capped to like 3 downloads per day
