Honestly, most communities are pretty small at the moment - I would start your own, and if you’re super successful and the mod load gets too much, I’m sure you’d find others willing to volunteer to help, if not outright take over moderation duties.
Due to recurring downtime issues, I’ve moved - find me at [email protected]

It’s Lemmy World’s tokens being invalidated (because of the back) that’s causing the issue, not Liftoff (source: I had the same issues with Connect)
Clearing your app cache, and signing out and back in, ought to solve it.
Wow, this is… something else.
The ability to get to the suburbs isn’t a limiting factor in the US for theft, since a) most people have access to someone’s car (whether their own or a friend’s) because of how car-centric the design is, and b) Uber/Lyft are a thing, and I assure you those drivers care not one bit why you’re going where you are going.
But, homes get robbed in rural areas with no public transportation every day already. And the culprits already have their own transportation. Totally wild and unfounded logic here.
Try clearing cookies (or app cache, on app), that will most likely resolve the issue.
Yeah, this is pretty much where I stand - memes are fun, but they can get annoying quickly. Putting them up in a separate community would allow people to post them to their hearts content and allow others tired of memes to ignore that community for a while.
Just another way Reddit decisions will help Lemmy grow - can’t get drowned in repost bots if they’re cut off at the knees :)
Lemmy.sdf.org is where my main is hosted, but they’re currently down (as is their pixelfed instance)
It’s not just you / a regional block.
