Well… This is jazz… I’m skeptic as well, but what if it was some sort of experimental modern jazz where the musicians would try to predict the next click?

Si tu veux que quelqu’un écoute ton opinion, le contrat social implicite est que toi aussi tu écoutes son opinion. Pis “écouter”, c’est pas juste faire semblant d’écouter… Ou bien ça peur être ça aussi, mais attends toi à la même chose!
Ouais, fais juste attention à ce que tu dis à ce sujet la prochaine fois que t’es au resto libanais du coin, ça se peut qu’ils crachent dans ton assiette derrière ton dos 😏

2·29 days agoAlthough I never took the time to check myself, I heard multiple reports about how streaming music has crappy dynamic range, and that the same song on CD or ripped vinyl always has much better range.
It would be my main reason to use the scenes…

Yeah, I meant to say that the incompleteness theorem proves that math cannot be perfectly pure and fundamental. I don’t exactly care which field claims it, because I don’t like to encourage artificial boundaries between disciplines. It’s nice to use information theory results in physics :)

1·1 month agoYeah. There’ll probably be a long period before plastic can be biodegraded, like it happened for wool/cellulose in pre-historic periods.
At some point, a mushroom will learn how to use it efficiently and then it will all be degraded.
We will be long gone by then.
19·2 months agoIt’s called JIT (just in time) manufacturing and it’s a legit management technique…
JIT manufacturing helps organizations control variability in their processes, allowing them to increase productivity while lowering costs.
And that’s the totally real reason why i do it in my personal life. 🙄

Yeah, that makes sense. It’s not so much that they are labeled weird, but that they are shocked thinking they were not…
Countries are defined by land-hoarding class, because the nomadic people define themselves by their group instead of the land on which they live.
Without hoarders (landlords), we wouldn’t need to put as much effort towards regulating land use, instead we could focus on regulating behaviours. Ex: “this land is a national park, you are not allowed to trash it. Go next door, there you are allowed to pour the trash from your industrial process into the ground, because it’s your private land”
