Totally agree on the problem being with the will and resources, but can I add a small side note: solar roads and solar bike lanes have been tested and the results were very disappointing. Covering things that aren’t covered / driven over is better for efficient conversion (not just canals, but also roofs and fields). Also vertical panels covering facades and even windows seem more promising than covering roads.

Talking to others about the things I’m anxious about, not just before or after the fact but also while I’m anxious about something.
Reminding myself it’s ok to be me, it’s ok to feel anxious and that I didn’t choose to be anxious and am not to blame for my anxiety.
Taking moments during the day to just breathe, follow a guided meditation or write down my thoughts. It makes me feel calm which makes the anxiety much more bearable.
Would be a lot better if these were public cases with public hearings, I agree. I believe they do their research like a detective would, and then decide for themselves wether EU citizens were hurt and if so what percentage of the company would scare them enough to change their behaviour. There are laws on the maximum penalty and such, but weirdly enough these antitrust cases never seem very transparent to me.

+1 on the do it slowly, I’ve also taken it as an opportunity to sort the emails coming in; unsubscribe what I no longer wish to receive and changing my adress on the (automated) emails i do want to get. Changing login credentials has been a bit of a hassle but I’m using a password managet which does make it a lot easier to ‘remember’ logins. The process is easier than I expected, but maybe because it’s not taking much time each week. Almost all personal mail still goes to my old address, so still have to cross that bridge though.
O maybe I should’ve wrote it the other way around lol: I never like something dubbed, always prefer subbed.
