Still a super neat feature.
Still a super neat feature.
They mean it sarcastically. FOMO on fucking up spectacularly
Depending on where you’re at you can let the local humane society know and they can spay and release the mama if she’s feral and take the kittens to be adopted.
I’ve heard conflicting reports on the truth of him saying he wants to make a deal. Seems it’s a bit uncertain right now.
I think android has both gestures with a back button and without (using a gesture for back) which I think is giving people issues, tho I’ve never used it myself bc I cannot stand it, IMO it’s change for the sake of change.
Not OP but just upgraded on my own instance and one issue is that you have to give the lemmy_ui and pictrs containers access to the internet instead of just the local network by adding lemmyexternalproxy
to the networks in docker-compose.yml. I did use the Lemmy-Easy-Deploy script made by /u/[email protected] but it should be the same when using ansible considering I adapted instructions for ansible from the Lemmy github issue tracker 😂 . If you don’t do that you can’t access the page and just see server_error on a blank page but works in an external client like jerboa.
Seems like Apple mice have always been form over function.
Yea I can hold down on the button and get the normal history menu from Firefox. They may be using gesture navigation tho and idk how that is affected.
Except that with the USSR falling the transition of power for Russia was a bit more peaceful than this seems like it could go since in 1991 Russia didn’t have a complete power vacuum due to Boris Yeltsin was accepted as the legitimate leader of the succeeding Russian Federation. It’s looking like the shit going on in Russia now makes the August coup attempt look like a peaceful misunderstanding
Holy shit that is a monumentally stupid feature.
Yea by the time water could’ve gotten to their lungs their lungs no longer existed.
Lemmy has multiple instances, some one require you to write something to apply to register and then be approved.
Also he listened to experts in order for that to be possible instead of claiming that submarine classifications and regulation was “holding the industry back”. Dude just wanted to go deep in the ocean, and he damn sure did it.
There’s also versions at smaller scales that Google and Amazon have. A lot of times even less than 10TB of data can be easier to physically ship than to upload since you may have to saturate your connection for while for that which isn’t feasible for many especially businesses
Thanks for another thing to add to my bookmarks! I’ll definitely be checking all those out.
Sounds like Reddit has a skill issue.
The nice part about Federation is that if an instance has problematic people they can just be blocked, exploding-heads.com is an alt right cesspool but most of the big instances on Lemmy block them, and I block them on my own (idk if you’ll see this on Mastodon or wherever you are so hope you do)
He’s trying to prop up people like Tucker Carlson, hell I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s the sole reason why this is happening.
If you haven’t noticed, reddit has a MASSIVE bot problem, I’d wager at least 1/3 of the posts on r/all are from repost bots and copy pased comments from bots probably about the same. How can you be sure these numbers are are even from real users?
Seriously. The funny thing is actual work/farm trucks tend to do that, it’s the pavement princesses that park like assholes.
