coreos is good for running containers
This seems to be an issue with using lockdown mode
I have the same CPU and GPU.
Adaptive sync issues were fixed by kernel 6.4 for me. Before that the display would flicker and timeout every 10 minutes or so. There’s another issue caused by 6.4 where the VRAM doesn’t clock up though. Can be fixed by switching the refresh rate when a load is on the GPU. It’s been a rough time using this GPU with Linux.
Try 6.4 and see if it fixes your display issues. I’m using the release candidate kernel on silverblue rawhide.
you’d probably be better off with sandboxed play services on grapheneos
you can run furmark in wine if you’re trying to compare with windows performance
what percentage am I if I sometimes comment?
I’ve been using NixOS for the past few months and it’s been great. Before NixOS I was using Fedora Silverblue so immutable distros aren’t a new thing to me. I like that NixOS has a configuration I can keep backed up. I can copy different options from my desktop to laptop easily. I’m still learning about flakes and the nix language to be able to do more advanced things, but overall NixOS is a great distro if you want something you can configure once and be done.
