A few different reasons

1. Promoting smaller instances, because of the volume of my posting it helps makes smaller instances more recognizable
2. Making comms on fitting smaller instances (e.g. a programming comm id make on programming.dev)
3. Mitigating against the imposter problem
4. Better interconnecting smaller instances

Yea id bet it’s going to serve as a backbone for a future inter-planatary Internet lol

Clearly it was this company lobbying for the murder industry!

They were so close to pulling off a Spotify, but they just had to chase that extra fucking dollar >:(
