Here in the western U.S. May and June were very wet, now it’s hot.
This summer is slipping past pretty quick.

Thank you for the insightful response, all in all it sounds like the housing situation in Australia is quite similar to what we see in the U.S.
The homeless situation here is very troubling, and is ever expanding.

I’m from the U.S. and I’m curious, are there any parts of Australia that are affordable?
Here in the states home ownership is not within reach for a lot of people.

That said, there are some areas that are affordable, albeit not real attractive.

Serious question.
