Sorry I didn’t mean you specifically. It was a general ‘you’

I hope it’s not a thing, that’s nasty. If you believe going barefoot is detoxifying I can kinda understand, like you do you, but on city streets? 🤢
Even if that’s how detoxifying actually worked, you’d still be doing the opposite on a sidewalk.

The commenter I replied to said"when it’s no longer a problem" to lower the taxes again, I’m suggesting to not lower them again. People who have multiple homes should be paying maximum taxes on all luxury items- homes, cars, airplanes, income, everything possible, and that money should be used to support social programs.
Or you keep those taxes the same and use the money to reinforce social programs to make sure no one in your area ever has to go homeless or hungry again.
You should avoid Taco Bell…
I don’t want to work forever and I 100% disagree with this article, but I also don’t want to be my grandparents who never went anywhere or did anything ever because they were limited to their pension money. I would rather work part time than wait around for someone to visit because I can’t afford to do anything else.
There needs to be some enhanced senior programs to help make it so you don’t have to spend the next 20 years doing another puzzle alone at the table or whatever the stupid ass title was.
I put lentils in my vegetarian chili. Do chilli however you like - I prefer a bean blend over straight kidney beans- and just boil a pot of lentils and use them in place of the ground beef if your doing a quick chili. I would think you wouldn’t want them pre cooked if you’re doing a slow cook chili.
Sorry I was joking. It didn’t land.
There are plenty of self improvement videos.
I agree with all of that in every way.
If I don’t fold my laundry fast enough it will default to cat bed pretty quickly.
They are asking because kids are kids no matter where you live. If we use the same word for the dish as Italians, it stands to reason that children who are still learning would have the same issue regardless of location.
In Canada we are dealing with a housing crisis, a healthcare crisis, and a climate crisis (we still have wildfires burning in January) on top of alt-righters trying to reverse all progress that we’ve made.
So very similar to America- not quite as dramatic. Though Albertabama has been quiet for a while so I expect the Premier to do something stupid soon.
Calling it toxic masculinity isn’t victim blaming. Men are victims to toxic masculinity every day and it isn’t because they have a “toxic personality”, it’s because the “masculine” image and roles in society they are expected to uphold are toxic.
The opinions of “neo feminists” are not what is typically held true either. Very few people think that way.
If you have a public transit system you can use Google maps to tell you exactly where to go and how to get there, including bus transfers. Unfortunately it does not show how far away the bus is like the transit app does, but it is better at communicating when I have to leave and how long I have to get to my stop.
But the government doesn’t regulate capitalism, they are owned by the capitalists. So many laws exist because corporations paid for them to, moreso in recent years but it was still bad 50+ years ago, just look at how successful the tobacco industry is.
Then this wasn’t intended for you.
I don’t mean to put myself in the place of anything - I just meant that the better course of action is to find improvement rather than fault. It’s a situation where being able to put the blame on something does nothing to improve the situation. We’re lonely because there are too many people is all.
There’s a lot of people at fault for things in my life and if I worried about blaming them, I wouldn’t have had the time to get educated and grow as a human so that I could move past the things they are at fault, I was just trying to broaden that idea into something more general.
The comments on this post defending the driver seriously alarm me. There is no reason to excuse this kind of behaviour regardless of where the driver lives. If they don’t have public transit she can damned well walk! No one’s life is less important than her driving privileges. People have a RIGHT to life, it is a PRIVILEGE to drive. Get your heads on straight!
