Wish you were wrong, but know you’re right. Absolute travesty. My son was born on the 7th just past midnight. The whole day of the sixth I was watching and hoping that my son wouldn’t be born the very day our democracy fell. Not sure if I’ll go back if Reddit changes their policies, though. I’ve actually found myself engaging in posts far more here than I have over the last couple years on Reddit. The smaller communities make it much easier to do so without being drowned out.

I think the thing that may finally drive people off the platform may be the limitation on viewing posts. Busy days, I’m not likely to hit the limit - big news day? Yeah, going to hit the limit pretty fucking fast.
