I have been noticing this with myself as well. I have been putting a general price on my time to see if I should pay someone or do it myself. For example if it took me an hour to mow my lawn and I could pay someone $20 to do that, I value that hour more than the $20 and pay someone to do that for me.
It’s like a very small scale supply and demand.
That is not true, there are programs and different types of loans where you can buy a house with as little as 3% down payment.
I don’t know, a lot of people I know (mid 20s) had been using their family’s shared Netflix which are now getting their own accounts each due to this new rule. Could be anecdotal.
I imagine it’s a form of evangelism. Like, if they can convince someone to attend church from the ad then that is the same as saving their soul and gets them points in God’s book (or so they tell people when in reality money is the goal).
