I have insomnia too so I feel for you, it’s awful. How’s your Sleep hygiene? Things like avoiding blue light (so no phones) and no caffeine after 2pmbreally help.

I also use a herbal roll on but steer well clear of lavender cos too much is a stimulant

Love that you’re doing this! It’s a fantastic thing to do, and long term donations are great cos they allow charities to make long term plans.

I personally don’t give to cancer cos they get loads of donations. Charity tins, sponsored runs, direct debit etc people often choose cancer. I sponsor a kid with action aid and donate to Womens Aid cos they do great work with children.

Jude Law plays a lot of nasty and/or creepy characters so this could be interesting

It stopped working for me the season where Jenna did the wool campaign I started checking out then. I’d forgot about girls5eva being them! It’s great
