I added a “Flexible Space” portion to the top and that allowed me to click and drag. Otherwise I had to use Alt+Space+M to make it moveable.
Maybe it’s the portable version I’m using, but I can’t figure out how to click and drag the window. There’s nowhere up top to grab and move to another monitor/shift around on the screen. Am I going crazy or is there a different way to move it around?
I’m not sure to be honest, it’s been awhile. Definitely slower than on my PC, but it was never long enough that I got frustrated. I was usually entering dungeons around the same time as other players. Not like it took long enough to load they already started running ahead without the healer.
It’s definitely massive - I’d guess at the 90GB+ number, but I don’t think it reached 150GB. I had it installed awhile back on an SD card and I didn’t experience many problems in the game. Just takes a little longer to load new places, but the gaming experience was still smooth.
Ugh. That one hurts. Doors of Stone… where you at?
I just implemented a cookie consent bar on my company’s website and the agencies/vendors who advertise for us were giving me so much shit for having reject available right away. But thankfully our Legal department said keep it there… Or else. “Hands tied… Soooooorry!”
Hopefully the invite came through for you.
Woo! It’s a fun game. Definitely more my style than Dota.
I’m going to send you a friend invite shortly so I can provide a playtest invite.
Very much appreciated! I’ll send it to the next person in the thread. Is the invite just an item in my Steam inventory? Or something within the game itself?
Thanks!
If your offer is still on the table, I’d be up for an invite. I will also pass one on if received:
While that is interesting, you realize before the 4 years you mentioned, Trump did everything he’s in trouble for doing. He also established the supreme court we have. If Biden randomly died his first 5 months, we still would be in a similar (if not the same) situation. Every person who made this happen, would still have their previously established power. Training someone new would not have stopped this inevitability.
I’d say house arrest is the most likely sentence. Concurrent too, and probably not all 4 years. Secret Service will never work for a prison sentence.
I’m at a non-profit and we work 9-5 with, technically, a 30 minute lunch break. So when we take a PTO day, it is 7.5 hours instead of 8. I’m remote though, so I just work through lunch or take that time to cook something.
I thought, “New Caledonia, I wonder how close to the French coast it is…” It’s closer to Australia and no where near France. That island should have had it’s independence long ago.
I know it’s science fiction and belief should be suspended a bit, but 10K years and their tech is the same? Did they just reach a peak they couldn’t pass until Spice was found and used for further travel?
Yesterday I went and got a pcie nvme adapter (my two motherboard slots are taken up by windows+gaming drive). Added in a 2TB to the adapter and installed Garuda linux - based on Arch.
So far it has been great. A couple little things popped up, like adding panels to the other two side monitors. But quick searches online and everything has been working very smoothly. I even put chrome on for work stuff so I don’t have to use the company-given laptop. – Side note, if anyone knows of a way to container that chrome install so work stuff is super separate, please share. –
Like another comment mentioned, some games won’t work either because of anti-cheat that isn’t enabled for linux, or just not good proton support. But for the most part I can still play 90% of the games I normally do: DRG, CS2, Darktide, battlebit, etc. Hopefully the times I need to reboot into windows are rare, because this has been a great experience. Way better than years ago when I tried to make the switch but gaming support just wasn’t where I needed it.
Just curious, why do you think Biden has to do anything? There’s teams of people in charge of enforcing laws that don’t need the president to tell them what to do. A CEO doesn’t tell everyone under him what to do. He just expects them to do their job to the best they’re able.
