It’s somehow even further drifted in ideology than Reddit ever was. I was there before Digg when you could actually have a conversation and not get auto banned for a wrong think and posting in a subreddit. Full discourse was encouraged and nobody cared what you did or said outside of a single comment. It somehow feels worse here.
And yet it skews (awkwardly?) further from Reddit. Nobody understands that all the important movements of history reached across political lines and focused on a mission. Still missing a both sides vibe from here where everything is equally discussed to succeed.
Sucks that all the small businesses in the US just spontaneously ceased to be :(
