Kraken asking me for where I sent the coins and my bank statement and I was told that if I don’t respond within week they may lock my account.

It doesn’t make sense, I already making the transfers from my own account and moreover they asking for where I sent the coins. That’s stupid.

Gladly I used Monero for my most transactions, so they won’t able verify or track me.

Are you sure it’s Kraken? Sounds sketchy. What business would Kraken have with a bank statement? It sounds like scam behaviour - “do this within a week or you may lose your account”.

All CEX will eventually handle all KYC info to governments. It is better to not use them

They asked for “screenshots of the exchanges to where the Monero transfers are sent to” (from Kraken wallet).

In general, it’s a good idea to withdraw to a wallet you fully control rather than to another custodial service or exchange.
