It’s weird that a demonstrably ignorant man on most all accounts, who’s only prior accomplishment was yelling at children professionally, isn’t good at helping shape the complex laws, budgets and regulations of this expansive and diverse country?

I’m old so remember the before-times when politicians would at least try to hide their hypocrisy. Now nobody cares to even pretend to work for their constituents … they simply say whatever will get them “good” clicks on social media.

    sigh

Republicans always do this because they think, and are sometimes correct, their voters aren’t smart enough to connect that liberal bill they voted against with this money they are getting. And the ones who aren’t are on board with the hypocrisy. So they try to have their cake and eat it too and their constituents let them.

Republicans do such a fantastic, hypocritical, job of voting against their constituents interests and then running campaigns praising the passing of what they tried to stop. Republican voters do a fantastic job of putting on their blinders and voting party over country. It’s a symbiotic relationship.
