I want every zoo to become a battle Royale tournament arc. Unlock all the cages but keep them contained to the zoo perimeter. Let them duke it out until one survivor remains. Then the winner from each zoo is taken and put into a fight pit. Tickets are sold, gambling is state administered. All proceeds go to wildlife conservation efforts, zoos are banned.
