Ukraine’s Operation Web destroyed 40 Russian aircraft at multiple air bases including Belaya, Olenynya , Dyagilevo and Ivanovo air bases. Additionally, the nuclear submarine base at Severomorsk was hit too. The drones were launched from truck trailers.

Agree, I wasn’t referring to solely financial aid for scaling.
To start with, putting ~10 EU anti-air batteries to provide cover for our cities and military industry areas, could be of use. So yes, boot on the ground, not on the front though.
