they don’t appeal to most content creators because they don’t have ads, in that there are no advertising related features implemented. and most can’t imagine monetization without ads
It’s developed by a French software collective that isn’t really into marketing, they seem to prefer slow organic growth.
This year they are doing a lot of work on the Android app 👍
