TODAY’S 🎙SHOW:Douglas Tuman has a discussion about Tari, a new blockchain project, with the founders Naveen and Ricardo (@FluffyPony). The conversation covers multiple aspects of the project’s development and launch. Naveen emphasizes Tari’s unique features, including its accessibility and user-friendly interface through Tari Universe. He explained that Tari offers default confidentiality powered by a minimal implementation, making it different from other protocols like Ethereum or Solana. Ricardo detailed the technical aspects of Tari’s privacy features, comparing them to Monero but noting that Tari’s privacy model is intentionally different. Both founders highlighted the relationship with Monero, explaining that Tari’s merge mining feature has already contributed to increasing Monero’s hash rate to an all-time high.
