Meh, I think we should let darwinism take its course, I’ve seen too many family members and close friends die from overdoses. You can’t help someone who refuses nor wants to help themselves. I’ve literally seen it all, literally, the worse of the worse. My uncle died from heroin, I was 14, my cousin his daughter and I found him stiff and blue in the lips. My other uncle died after years of suffering from hepatitis, even after getting it cured, he began using meth again, injecting it, he disappeared during covid and I thought he was dead, but the reality was much worse. He was found wandering the streets and brought to an ER in a non-communicable state, then went into an end of life facility, where he remained for like 3 more years, he finally was able to pass peacefully after I found and corrected his DNR paperwork that the facility changed. He was a literal vegetable for so long and he would never have wanted that, he passed just a year ago at age 60. Then there’s my mother who can find pills even if you hide them up your ass, it’s unreal the level an addict will go to get that high. I could go into cousins, but I’d literally be writing you a whole book.

So legalizing, nah, decriminalizing, sure. But if you get nailed for manufacturing, fuck you, if there’s deaths linked to you then perhaps it’s time for you to meet your maker.

I’m aware of all the studies and legalization in Spain, but we are not Spain, and unfortunately the methods and outcomes don’t really translate into success here.

Also, I too partied hard, but I had a heroic dose of LSD and then has a good talking to myself. EGO death, the clarity allowed me to say “no more”, and that was the last time I did anything, that was December 31st 1999.

People who were in my Circle:

    • The guy who went to prison for Making the meth you saw on Breaking Bad, he literally lived with us, he was my uncles friend.
    • The guy behind all the good LSD in the 1990’s, via a friend at Kent State University.
