Fair enough, I’ll show up at the office when they pay me for the time I just wasted commuting to the office. It’s my only ”asset” that is truly mine in this day and age.
Start the clock when you wake up and begin your morning routine. My getting dressed into anything other than pajamas is an exertion above that required to do my job from home. The one-hour commute? The hastily ingested bagel on the train? The running between stops so I don’t miss my next train that’s pulling into the station? All excess. Y’all are paying for that. If I have to show up to the office, I’m docking at least three hours from my day to make up for it.
