  So far that hasn’t really been tested in court, and when it has (Trump v. Anderson) it’s not been upheld in that way.
  
  Look I’m not saying I like it. I’m saying it’s not really that straightforward.

If you post a serious question on friday and are looking only for legitimate answers, then please include the [Serious] tag on your post. Irrelevant replies will then be removed by moderators.
