How does the “don’t seed” part of that work in practice?
I’m a shitty person so I don’t leave my stuff seeding, but it usual seeds for a little bit before I move the files somewhere else and close my vpn
There’s no way they can realistically police it, but I believe legally, they determine case-by-case if the seeding was for the purposes of distribution or not. Forgetting a download and letting it seed overnight is likely not to cause any issues.
