Wow that revelation about Mei. As if we did not need another reason to hate the villains, but to use her as a sex slave is a line I did not expect to be crossed.
It’s to further highlight the difference between between these supposedly enlightened beings and the criminals. The doshi/tensin look down on humans as being inferior. But they’re showing themselves more to be like depraved sociopaths.
