Then I was buying usdt on binance and trading on localmonero. Now my bank has implemented a policy that they don’t allow payments to binance.

Localmonero has some local bank transfer sellers, but all of those sellers appear to be scamming. They are constantly online but never respond, and their profiles say to message their telegram if they are not responding.
