        Can also stop selling Hamas weapons. Hamas can also give the hostages back, that might help stop the fighting.

        This isn’t really true, at least not in the way you mean. Yes, the US and Europe could cut them off, but they would just go elsewhere. Having Israel in Russia’s orbit instead of the western bloc countries would not be a boon to Palestinians.
