What are the cheapest countries to buy barcodes from GS1?

I’m looking to buy a barcode from GS1 for a product. I only need 1 barcode, but the GS1 website for my country (in Europe) wants to charge me 50 EUR one-time and 60 EUR every year thereafter.

Compare that to the official GS1 website for the US: where you can buy a single GTIN for a one-time purchase of 30 USD with 0 annual fees.

I couldn’t find a simple table that lists the prices of GTIN barcodes sold by GS1 per-country. Can anyone tell me if there’s another country besides the US that sells single barcodes without an annual fee?
