Clickbait title. He just says “they” are weaponizing vaccines “soon”. The doctor says compulsory vaccines for population control via flu pandemic. No dates.
When you plan a fake worldwide pandemic it takes decades and the dates will change 100 times. The dates are irrelevant, he laid out the plan and it happened almost exactly as he said.
Maybe you wanted him to name the exact date and time and say they will use a fake story about a bat at at Chinese market. Then you would have made up some other BS to delude yourself.
It does not get any more NPC than what you said.
