So many teachers are going to be leaving the state or leaving the profession because of him in a state that already has too few teachers.

That sounds about right to me. He’s easily one of the worst superintendents we’ve ever elected. So many teachers are going to be leaving the state or leaving the profession because of him in a state that already has too few teachers.
