I’m logged in on my PC, but apparently my password didn’t save to the password manager, and forgot password
isn’t doing anything, so I don’t have a way to reset it. This a known issue?

I had a similar issue. For me, entering just my email (not username and not password) and clicking the forgot password button worked.
I think this is the official way to do it. But a message explaining it when you click the button would be better.
Any idea if the original confirmation email never was sent?
It took a while for the confirmation email to come through. I made a few attempts though since there wasn’t really any user feedback, so I’m not sure which attempt finally worked.
