Only contactless payments I know are GooglePay , Samsung Pay, and Apple Pay on phone and of course none of them work on GOS. There is also some chinese app from huawei store I think that does that.
Your other option is a watch. You could get Google Pay or Samsung Pay to work if you have an old phone that would allow you to set it up. And on GOS your only option is Garmin Pay. I set it up and never used it because I have always cash on me. So probably works but not tested.
