I’ve bought one of the gift cards, but even though monero payment was successful, my order has a red warning message “Transaction failed”, with instruction to contact you by email with order id. I did that, but there is no response after 2 days (apart from automatic “we received your request” email). How long do I need to wait to get my gift card?
