The president has immunity. He can grant impunity to his aides by promising them pardons. He knows the courts could never enforce their decisions since the Department of Justice will do his bidding, whatever it may be—and he’s acting like it.

    Republicans have complained about being held accountable in the courts for decades. This is all part of the plan. The SCOTUS justices are set for life regardless, and this was their mission.

      Set for life, but a more humble life than they were living before, as those bribes gifts dry up.

      No need for oligarchs to fuss with a neutered SCOTUS when the supreme power of POTUS is on sale.

    The only option left is for States to secede from the union so their people don’t end up in el salvador. Call up the guard, our military will refuse to attack their own. The federal courts have lost all power. The federal govt is corrupted. There’s nothing else to do. I suspect this will begin to happen when midterms are suspended indefinitely.
