Bloomers, loafs, flatbreads, rye breads, wheat breads, sourdough breads, yeast breads - all fermented breads are welcome! Vienesse pastries like croissants are also welcome because technically they’re breads too.

Is discussion of gluten-free baking included? If not, that’s cool.
Is it fermented? If yes - then included. If not - then also yes, why not? Rules can be flexible unless the community will start drifting away from core concept too far away.
Love sourdough bread! I have been baking it for about 4 months now and will be looking for tips and new recipes to help me improve my experiences with it. Any advice is welcome!
