Peak internet. It went downhill from there.
I don’t really think the internet truly got bad until 2007 when Facebook and Youtube really took off.

Wow, okay. This is also what https://www.sailormoon.de looks like for me. But (!) http://www.sailormoon.de looks very different. I didn’t even know that you could do that. But now that I saw it, it makes perfect sense.
