Why would you buy game items if you don’t want to actually open the game

Step 1: Find a new career you are actually capable of doing
They bothered to add infrared but not a headphone jack? Those are some bizarre priorities

But hey! It’s got AI garbage just like real notepad
And more importantly, shrimp and lobsters aren’t even insects in the first place

Awful name, do not intentionally name your product the exact same thing as a similar but separate product
Well that way it takes longer so you make more money

I feel like if someone else has had physical access to the computer though secure boot isn’t going to really protect you. It could have a hardware keylogger in it now for all you know. I mean that’s probably unlikely, but is it really that much more unlikely than someone sneakily replacing kernel modules and things instead of just installing user mode malware that secure boot wouldn’t catch?

I have still yet to see a good argument for why anyone needs secure boot, I went to a talk about it at a conference this summer and if anything it made me like it less

I had the bottom one for like a week and then it reverted, I figured it was a test they gave up on. Are they actually planning to use it now?
I forgot about that, it does look nice. Maybe once it’s been out for a while and I can see what people think of it I’ll think about getting one
If the fairphone had a headphone jack I would get one, but that being left out is an instant dealbreaker
The only thing holding me back is hardware support, it seems like there aren’t that many reasonably powerful devices that work with other OSes. I have a pinephone but it’s just way too slow. I wish Sailfish OS was fully open source because I love both it and Xperias so that would be perfect, but I don’t really trust it since it has a closed source UI

There really need to be more companies converting old cars to electric. An electric 90s passat/accord/camry/626 is like my dream car. It wouldn’t be a whole internet connected device, just a car that is electric

Wow, even if they weren’t doing that, the developer response there is enough to make me avoid your product. People pointing out your lies is not “harassment”.

I wonder if these were just placeholder images put in by the UI designers that no one remembered to replace with real photos

$315???
Not true, I know first hand OpenBSD works fine (at least on my AMD FW13, but I’m sure it works on the others too) and I’m sure the other BSDs do too. I’m not recommending a new user use those, just pointing out the original statement is wrong.
