This is without a doubt my favorite looking Rimworld base I’ve seen. Your throne room and anomaly room look especially good. Did you move the anima tree there, or did you build the garden and throne around it?

I also really like your use of stairs to make some rooms look less flat. What mod are they from, and are they just visual or do they slow pawns down or anything? I’d like to try adding them to my own bases at some point.

True, though as far as I’m aware our sun will destroy Earth and its moon long before it manages to break free.

I mean in the grand scheme of things, all moons, planets, and even stars are doomed eventually. For a species with an average life expectancy of 80-some years, there ain’t much of a difference in 50 million and 5 billion years anyway.

I love the long-ass pool of blood dragging from the middle right all the way up to the kill box. Tells a story.

I got a question about the killbox: What the dog doing? Does the dog being up there affect enemy pathing AI in some way?

Unless I’m misunderstanding the question, that’s just the Warehouse Storage mod.

How good’s your computer? Running locally is always the best option, but an 8-13GB model is never going to be as good as the stuff you’d find hosted by major companies. But hey, no limits and it literally never leaves your PC.

You can find models on Huggingface, and if you don’t know what you’re looking for, there’s a subreddit where they have a weekly discussion on enthusiasts favorite models. I don’t remember the sub’s name, but you should be able to find it easily enough with a google search like “reddit weekly AI model thread”. Go to the poster’s profile and you’ll find all of the old threads you can read through for recommendations.
